We use both high quality Golden Wax and Ecosoya Soy Waxes to make our candles and melts. Soy Wax is a natural, vegan friendly plant-based wax.
We add in potent fragrance oils at the highest percentage possible, for maximum scent throw.
Why are there spots or bubbles on my candles?
'Wetspots' are common in all soy wax candles. They occur when the temperature of the wax causes it to adhere to the glass in certain spots more than others.
Bubbles/uneven surfaces are caused by shrinkage of the wax when the temperature cools down, setting the wax into place.
Even though these do not affect the quality of the product in any way, we try our beat to avoid these issues.
How can I get the most out of my candles?
Make sure you trim the wick of the candle after every few hours of burn time. The ideal wick length is 5mm long.
The best way to ensure your candle burns evenly is to burn it for at least an hour the first time it is used. This ensures the top layer of wax melts down evenly, and doesnt dry down creating a 'tunnel' effect.
To get the best fragrance scent throw, use in a smaller room with closed windows and doors.
Be sure to store your candle in a cool, dark place. Leaving it in the sunlight will cause discoloration.
Keep the lid on when not in use.
Is there anything I shouldn't do?
Do not leave a burning candle unattended.
Do not place your candle too close to anything that is able to catch fire - eg. clothing or curtains
Do not place your candle within reach of children or pets.
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Be sure to only place candles on a stable, heat resistant surface.

500g to 2kg - $13.00
2kg to 5kg -$16.00
5kg to 10kg - $22.00
How long will shipping take?
We have all products in stock and ready to go, which means they are able to be sent straight away. Depending on where you are, please allow 2-6 days for delivery after you receive your dispatch email.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We generally don't ship to PO boxes as our preferred carrier does not allow this. In some circumstances, we may be able to use a different service depending on the size and weight of your order.
If we are unable to do this, we will contact you for another address. If this cannot be provided we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide you with a refund.
Do you ship outside Australia?
We can! Shipping prices will vary based on your location and order weight. Please get in contact with us to arrange this.
